100% Design Tokyo 2009 Report :

Tokyo Designers Week, held for 24th year, is the most important event of the Japanese design calendar gathering many aspects of design related events. Since 2005, the flagship of this event has been the Main Venue in Jingu Gaien where 100% Design Tokyo, Container Exhibition, Student Exhibition along with design related stores all over the city called Shop Exhibition.

For 100% Design Tokyo, launched in 2005, has built a reputation as the leading tradeshow for contemporary interior design companies and designers in Japan. With its five year experience in Japan, 100% Design Tokyo showed a unique selection of Japanese and international design along with feature events, described further below, that generated a creative atmosphere for Asian design business.
